Salesforce Readiness Review
An honest look at your org, before anyone tries to sell you anything.
Ten sections covering ownership, process, security, data, automation, integration, release and adoption. Answer what you know, mark the rest “not sure”, and come back whenever — it remembers where you were. No sign-up, no email needed, nothing to install, and your answers never leave your browser.
Answer both and the review builds itself around them — different wording, and only the sections that apply to you.
Three last questions
Context rather than scoring — these shape how the findings should be read, and they are the difference between a list of risks and a sense of which one matters first.
What this says about your org
Scores reflect only the questions you answered. Skipped questions are excluded rather than counted as zero, so a partial review isn’t unfairly penalised.
Flags raised 0
Nothing flagged from what you’ve answered so far. That’s genuinely uncommon — either your org is in good shape or the sections you skipped are the interesting ones.
Take this with you
Both are free, need nothing from you, and are yours to use anywhere — including with another consultancy.
The workbook has three tabs: every question and answer with group scores, the flags raised with severity and explanation, and your link. Sortable and filterable. The link resumes where you left off on any device and is the only copy of your answers in existence — there is no server-side copy to recover if you lose it.
Want a second opinion on it?
If you’d like someone to look properly at what came out of this, send it over. A person reads every submission. If it looks like something worth a conversation, you’ll hear back — and if not, you still keep everything above.
To keep that honest, submission needs the full picture. A half-finished review, or one where most of the org is unknown, can’t be judged fairly by anyone.
Opens your own mail client with the message pre-written, so you see exactly what you’re sending before it goes. Nothing is transmitted from this page — there is no form, no backend, and nothing here that could send on your behalf.
Answer anything above and your results will appear here.
